About the Event
Commercial awareness is a vital skill for law students to develop. Understanding the business world and how it affects clients is crucial for the survival of law firms. Stirling University Law Society hosts former investment bank lawyer and visiting lecturer, Denis Viskovich, to speak about commercial awareness and how to develop it from 5pm to 6:30pm. At 7:30pm, we hear from Neil Campbell, managing legal counsel at RBS and member of the O shaped lawyer group. Neil is giving a lecture on why students need to develop more rounded skills to stay competitive in the current job market.
